Reservation for PwBD: 10 vacancies are horizontally reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), covering categories like Blindness, Low Vision, Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Locomotor Disability, Autism, Specific Learning Disability, and Multiple Disabilities.

 Eligibility Criteria

Before you apply, ensure you meet the following requirements as of February 23, 2026.

 Educational Qualification

a.Must be a Graduate from a recognized University.

b. Must possess a typing speed of not less than 35 words per minute on a computer.

 Age Limit (as of January 1, 2026)

a. Minimum Age: 18 years (born not later than 01.01.2008).

b. Maximum Age: 32 years (born not earlier than 02.01.1994).

Age Relaxation:

a. SC/ST: 5 years

b. OBC-NCL: 3 years

c. PwBD-General/EWS: 10 years

d. PwBD-OBC: 13 years

e. PwBD-SC/ST: 15 years

f. Ex-Servicemen: 3 years

Note: There is no upper age limit for candidates already in regular service of the Delhi High Court.

 Scheme of Examination

The selection process is divided into four stages. Stage-I is qualifying in nature, and the final merit list will be based on the marks of Stage-II (Mains) and Stage-IV (Interview).

 Stage – I: Preliminary Examination (CBT - Objective Type)

This is a computer-based test with 120 questions for 120 marks. There is a 25% negative marking (0.25 marks deducted for every wrong answer).

- Contents: Essay, Precis, Translation, Letter Writing, etc.

 Stage – III: English Typing Test

- Nature: Qualifying in nature.

 Stage – IV: Interview

- Total Marks: 50

The fee is non-refundable and must be paid online via UPI, Net Banking, Credit, or Debit Card.

 How to Apply Successfully

1.  Visit the Official Website: Go to [www.delhihighcourt.nic.in](http://www.delhihighcourt.nic.in).

2.  Register: Use your active email ID and mobile number to register.

3.  Fill the Form: Fill in all the details accurately.

4.  Upload Documents: You will need to upload:

    a. A recent color passport-size photograph (JPEG, 100-200 KB). The photo should not be more than 3 months old.

    b. Your left-hand thumb impression (JPEG, 50-200 KB).

    c. Your scanned signature (JPEG, 50-150 KB). Writing your name in capital letters is not allowed as a signature.

5.  Pay the Fee: Complete the payment to generate your confirmation page.

 Key Points to Remember

a. Correction Window: A 3-day window (Feb 25-27, 2026) is provided for corrections. A fee of ₹200 for the first correction and ₹500 for the second correction will be charged.

b. Documents: Keep your caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS) and PwBD certificate ready, as they must be valid as of February 23, 2026.

c. OBC-NCL Candidates: Your OBC certificate must be issued by the competent authority of the Govt. of NCT of Delhi. The Non-Creamy Layer certificate must be for the financial year 2025-2026.

d. Admit Card: You must carry two printed passport-size photos (the same as uploaded) and a original photo ID to the exam hall.

e. Scribe Facility: PwBD candidates with a 40% or more disability can avail scribe facility or compensatory time by submitting the required Annexure certificates.
